The University of Dayton is a top-tier Catholic university with offerings from the undergraduate to the doctoral levels. They are a diverse community committed, in the Marianist tradition, from educating the whole person to link learning and scholarship with leadership and service. The renovation on UD’s Campus South Apartment building was a fast track 80,000 square foot project in order to accommodate a new class of students.

University of Dayton’s Campus South Apartments is a high-rise building consisting of 53 three-bedroom apartments, each housing six sophomores. All apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Each apartment has a living/dining room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and large divided bath. All 53 three-bedroom apartments were part of the renovation process - each one with all new finishes, bathrooms and lighting fixtures. The first floor main lobby desk was relocated from the east to the west entrance, with two new vestibules on the south and north sides. The first floor and ground floor lounges also received new finishes, lighting and ceilings as well as renovated public rest rooms.
