Diversity & Inclusion

“A group of diverse people with different background, experiences, and leadership styles will out-think, out-innovate, and out-execute a homogeneous group of people anytime.”   – A.G. Lafley, CEO P&G

We believe that Diversity & Inclusion enhance the services we provide, the communities we live and work in, and the lives of our employees. As a nationally certified MBE, we evolve to reflect the ever-changing diversity of our communities and global marketplace. Diversity & Inclusion is a fundamental piece of our culture that fuels our growth while allowing us to cultivate and retain a diverse workforce possessing the skills necessary to solve our client's multifaceted challenges. Our commitment to diversity is part of every area of our business:

Team: We have built a culture where different perspectives drive innovation, business growth, and productivity. Our team represents and mirrors our diverse customer base.

Partners: We believe developing a diverse group of partners that reflect the marketplace and communities we serve while providing unique insight and anticipating the needs for our customers. These partners, in turn, enhance the RCF Group brand and support continued economic growth throughout the communities we serve.

Community: We are proud of our history as a caring and responsible organization. We reach out in our community to develop solid, meaningful relationships while our charitable contributions and active volunteerism help produce a stronger and healthier community.

We believe in collaborating with clients and suppliers that share our values and reflect the markets we serve. Our success stems from our ability to provide innovative solutions and cost savings to our clients while constantly thinking of ways to refurbish and redistribute furniture throughout our community, helping local non-profits, startups, and schools.
