RCF Group Market President Damian Thomas Selected for Leadership Cleveland Class of 2020

RCF Group is pleased to announce that Market President, Damian Thomas has been named to the Leadership Cleveland class of 2020! The leadership development program, run by the Cleveland Leadership Center, brings together outstanding senior-level leaders to empower one another with their combined knowledge and skills to enhance their relationships within the Cleveland community, ultimately deepening their community related impact. Only 65 leaders are chosen for this 10-month program each year. The Cleveland Leadership Center said in a news release, class members "are selected through a highly competitive and selective application process," and the program "challenges participants to address community issues through collaborative civic leadership while developing a broader and more diverse set of relationships among peers.”

“I am honored to be accepted into a program that has produced such a significant civic impact on the City of Cleveland and look forward to collaborating on additional strategies for continuing that legacy,” said Damian.

Earlier in 2019, Damian was promoted from General Manager to Market President at RCF Group, where he now assists in formulating and implementing the company’s strategic plan for the Cleveland Market as well as representing the organization through civic and professional association involvement. Damian is a licensed architect with 20+ years of corporate project experience. He brings a very forward thinking and thoughtful approach to creating effective solutions to every project, big or small. His strong communication skills and a focus on delivering a project through a collaborative team approach has helped facilitate numerous successful project results. He was a major part of assisting the Cleveland Browns with the decommissioning, FF&E procurement and final installation for the First Energy Stadium remodel, which resulted in a significant FF&E cost reduction while still achieving original design intent.
