Bethany House Services, a nonprofit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio is focused on empowering homeless and at-risk families with solutions to achieve housing stability and long-term self-sufficiency. With facilities scattered across Cincinnati, Bethany House dreamed of bringing all their services under one roof so they can better serve the community from a single point. Partnering with architect, SHP, Bethany House was searching for an affordable solution to furnishing their new facility and approached local MBE, RCF Group. Having relationships with some of the nation’s largest companies, RCF Group was able to find quality, used furniture to donate to the organization. Over the course of a year and a half, the RCF Group Move Management and Decommissioning team was able to procure most of the furniture needed by Bethany House directly from RCF Group and many clients ranging from Fortune 500 to small businesses, hospitals, and universities.

The RCF Group’s design and procurement team took inventory of the donated product and began organizing and planning where it would work best within the new Bethany House facility. Combining the gently used furniture with new, RCF Group successfully furnished the entire facility including conference rooms, workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, cafeteria, beds, training rooms, and playrooms all within budget. RCF Group is honored to have been able to be a small part of being able to bring Bethany House’s dream to life and develop this new facility that will serve families for years to come.
