RCF Group proudly accepts “Class IV Supplier of the Year” Award

RCF Group received the 2012 “Class IV MBE of the Year” award at the South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (SCOMSDC) 40th Anniversary Awards Gala and Silent Auction on November 16, 2012.

The “Class IV Supplier of the Year” award is given annually to a minority business enterprise (MBE) with annual sales exceeding $50 million that has demonstrated its ability to deliver exceptional quality and service to corporate clients. Companies who are given this award have distinguished themselves and their businesses by successfully demonstrating growth in sales and employment; consistently providing high quality products and services at competitive prices, offering innovative approaches, and cost-saving ideas; continuously growing MBE-to-MBE purchases; and significantly contributing to the growth and development of their community.

The RCF Group was founded in 2003 by Carl Satterwhite and Scott Robertson. The company provides tailored and comprehensive workplace solutions. Starting with an insightful understanding of client goals, RCF creates innovative, integrated solutions to deliver the best product, service and cost-savings to ensure superior client value. RCF Group began as a furniture based business, and has grown to provide many other services, including furniture and furnishings, architectural interiors, and facility services.

RCF Group has a large client base that includes, but is not limited to, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, The Procter & Gamble Company, MetLife, U.S. Bank, Great American Insurance Group, Fifth Third Bank, University of Cincinnati, UC Health, United Way, Key Bank, Johnson Controls, Messer, Cintas, Turner, Duke Energy, Macy’s, Honda, and Walgreens.

Additionally, RCF Group’s leadership is intimately involved in the local community. Scott Robertson and Carl Satterwhite serve on several community boards and advisory committees. Carl Satterwhite
also serves as the Cincinnati MBEIC Vice-Chair for the SCOMSDC Board of Directors.
