RCF Group - a workplace solutions provider, has announced the promotion of Damian Thomas to Market President. Damian joined RCF Group in 2014 as a Project Manager in our Cleveland office, and was soon promoted to General Manager in March 2015. He has played a key leadership role in the successful transition and growth of the organization following its acquisition – he has done so by focusing on developing new and existing relationships and leading our team in providing solutions that support our various client’s business objectives.
In his new role, Damian will continue to provide leadership for the organization. He will communicate and implement the organization’s mission, guide and direct the work of his Cleveland leadership team. In addition, as part of RCF Group’s Executive Leadership team, he will assist in formulating and implementing the company’s strategic plan for the Cleveland Market as well as represent the organization through civic and professional association involvement.
