For over 140 years, MetLife has been the leading global provider for insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs, serving 90 million customers. Our partnership with MetLife spans over a decade and when they needed to reduce their 120,000 square foot space to 60,000 square feet we were ready to accept the challenge. We were able to provide MetLife with great savings due to our Asset Management plan by decommissioning space and liquidating product providing them with an $115K in coast savings plus an additional $40K in credit back to them.

The updated space is a drastic change from the large workstations to a smaller, more open set up to better accommodate a linear communication style.
