Hauser, a Cincinnati based Insurance Group, offers insurance and M&A transaction services.  Their consultative approach includes core competencies in corporate risk insurance, management liability, transaction liability, employee benefits, 401(k) retirement plans, and key person life insurance.  Since 1971, Hauser has supported the community and serviced local clients through dedicated partnerships. 

Quickly becoming on the fastest-growing insurance brokers and providers of risk management with a main focus on private equity, the Hauser group has taken over the penthouse space in the Kenwood Collection Towers. The 13,000 square-foot space offers amazing views of Cincinnati, floor to ceiling windows, and creatively designed workspaces.  Modern clean lines make the space worthy of its penthouse status.

Hauser and RCF Group worked closely together to bring Hauser’s vision to life. One of their main goals was to reduce their paper usage and become a paperless environment. Each workstation features a dual monitor setup, allowing the employees to cross-reference documents, therefore reducing wasteful printing.  A major change for Hauser employees was going from private offices/large cubicles to a very open office environment with smaller workstations.  With this drastic change, it was important that every workstation had the sit-to-stand ability and looked visually pleasing from the mezzanine.  Conference and huddle rooms line the interior of the building while the café shows off beautiful views of Cincinnati. Additionally, clean lines for the conference rooms, pops of orange around the space, the latest and greatest technology and a minimalistic, sleek overall feel completes the new space. A highlight for RCF Group was the superior working relationship that was established with the Hauser team; their clear and precise vision for a state-of-the-art environment allowed RCF Group’s design team and project managers to create a space that will allure and hold young talent while providing a clean, modern look for their clients.
