Otterbein Lebanon Senior Lifestyle Community will give seniors endless opportunities to experience life to the fullest. The new Community includes 24 brand-new apartments where residents can enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle in a spacious, comfortable apartment homes with the most up-to-date finishes and appliances. Otterbein features many services and amenities, including a coffee shop, fitness center, indoor warm water pool, greenhouse, therapy spa, and indoor walking track.

Otterbein’s 44,000 square foot assisted living facility includes a variety of different products to include ceramic, carpet tile, athletic flooring and resilient flooring. RCF Group assisted in the selection of flooring products to help the customer stay within their budget, but also chose products that compliment existing color themes and most importantly, meeting the special requirements for the elderly. A wood look ceramic floor is shown in the top left picture. This type of flooring was selected over actual wood flooring as the ceramic floor is better suited to avoid staining which better suited Otterbein’s needs. The top right picture is a wood look athletic flooring chosen over a cork floor on the exercise track. This floor was chosen for a couple reasons; easy maintenance and the main factor; this floor will provide more cushion for Otterbein’s residents.
