The Constellation Center for Excellence building, located within the Hall of Fame Village is a retail, research, and office building. Expanding on previous relationships developed, the Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment (HOFRE) team brought on RCF Group to creatively furnish their new office spaces. With an emphasis on aesthetics, HOFRE also brought with them a tight schedule and budget to be met on this project.

RCF Group first presented HOFRE with thought starter imagery to get a feel for the direction the team wanted to go in. It was quickly realized that HOFRE was looking to make a statement with their furniture and were drawn to products that were unparalleled in their design. The new office space would be a high-profile environment with many different types of visitors coming onto the campus for various events. Beyond the design, HOFRE also valued the functionality and durability of each piece of furniture. 

RCF Group remained very present during the manufacturing and installation process as a trusted partner to the HOFRE team. This proved to be a crucial decision to ensure the success of the project. RCF Group was able to mitigate any frustration due to supply chain issues from the client by being transparent in their communication with accurate expectations, frequent updates, and solutions to concerns before they became problems. In the end, RCF Group delivered all interior solutions including a gaming space by seeking to understand the client’s vision, delivering on that vision, and staying involved until the project is totally complete and HOFRE was completely satisfied.

RCF Group’s critical eye for detail was crucial to making this space the destination it is today. The team stood by me at every step of the project from initial product selection through to final installation and punch list to ensure that every detail was attended to, and the project was a success. The team’s communication was transparent and thorough with a focus on client satisfaction.
