After going through a recent rebranding, Perfetti Van Melle, an international confectionary company, was working with PCA Architecture to update their USA headquarters located in Erlanger, Kentucky. Focusing on bringing their colorful, new brand to life in their old and outdated space, Perfetti Van Melle began the process to reconfigure their office phase by phase including new paint, finishes, and furniture. PCA Architecture brought RCF Group onto the team to assist Perfetti Van Melle in selecting furniture that would optimize the use of their space, bring their colorful brand to life, and cater to the way in which their employees work and collaborate.  

RCF Group worked hard to understand the Perfetti Van Melle brand, culture, and business before proposing furniture options for Phase One of the project to include open collaboration spaces, huddle rooms, conference rooms, and a break room. The upfront effort facilitated the development of a partnership between RCF Group and Perfetti Van Melle. This relationship now allows RCF Group to present furniture options that fix Perfetti’s business model and ultimately shape the future of their organization without much revision or input needed from the their team. Since then, RCF Group has also participated in the renovation of Perfetti Van Melle’s HR Office, Lobby, shared private office spaces, wellness areas, and more open collaboration spaces.
