Emerge Manufacturing, a leading name in the manufacturing sector, embarked on an ambitious project to design and furnish their new 48,000 square foot facility, including 14,000 square feet dedicated to office space located in Cincinnati, Ohio. RCF Group was engaged to provide comprehensive services, including furniture and furnishings, design in real time, project management, interior design, and space planning. 

At the outset, the primary goals were to design an interior that supports the new business, reflect Emerge Manufacturing’s brand, accommodate various work functions within the organization, and stay within the allocated budget. Emerge Manufacturing faced several challenges, including visioning and translating their brand and vision into the built environment, maintaining the project within budget constraints, and creating a space that set the tone for a new business and workforce. 

To address these challenges, RCF Group provided comprehensive furniture and space planning, detailed layouts, furniture and finish recommendations, procurement services, project management, and interior design. Our team engaged the client through Design In Real Time (DIRT) sessions, ensuring that their business needs and goals were met seamlessly. The space was designed to include 12 workstations and 6 private offices, along with various other areas such as seating, lounge, breakroom, conference room, reception, and locker room, perfectly tailored to support Emerge Manufacturing’s operations.
