UC Health, Greater Cincinnati’s academic health system, and RCF Group have partnered on projects of various scope and size since 2018. In alignment with UC Health’s commitment to providing cutting-edge, patient-centered care, RCF Group recently collaborated with the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center to furnish the new Blood Cancer Healing Center. 

This state-of-the-art facility, dedicated to comprehensive care and treatment for blood cancer patients, represents a significant advancement in the healthcare landscape. The center offers a unique environment designed to support both medical excellence and patient comfort, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care in a space that promotes healing and well-being. 

The RCF Group team meticulously selected furniture that meets the stringent demands of a medical environment while offering a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for patients and their families. Key considerations included durability, cleanability, and patient comfort, as well as the aesthetic appeal to create a serene and hopeful environment. 

RCF Group provided furniture solutions for a variety of spaces within the Blood Cancer Healing Center, including waiting areas, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, staff offices, and family lounges. Each area was thoughtfully designed to enhance the patient experience and support the dedicated healthcare professionals who deliver exceptional care. 

By leveraging existing furniture standards and incorporating innovative designs, RCF Group ensured that the new Blood Cancer Healing Center not only meets but exceeds the expectations for a healing environment. The result is a facility that seamlessly integrates functionality, comfort, and aesthetics, setting a new benchmark for cancer care facilities.
